Phase 2 of the Air Force selection looks at more than just your written test scores. They want to see if you’re the right fit to be an Air Force officer.

How To Prepare for

Physical Fitness Test (PFT): PFT exam is divided into 2 parts PFT 1 and PFT 2. PFT 1 consists of a 1.6 km run in 7 minutes for boys and 8 minutes for girls, Candidates who qualify PFT-I, then they will go for PFT-II after 10 minutes of recovery time, PFT 2 consists of push-ups, sit-ups, and squats.
