The exam is divided into two stages
STAGE I
INET (INDIAN NAVY ENTRANCE TEST) is an entrance exam candidate who pass INET exam are shortlisted for Stage II

STAGE II
Candidates who pass the Indian Navy Entrance Test (INET) will receive a call letter for Stage II, which includes Physical Fitness Test (PFT), written examination, and Recruitment Medical Examination. Stage II will take place at designated Indian Navy centers.
Navy SSR/MR Eligibility Criteria 02/2024
To be eligible for the Navy SSR/MR Recruitment 02/2024, candidates must meet specific criteria.
Educational Qualification: The educational qualifications for SSR and MR are not the same.
- SSR educational qualification: To apply, you need to have passed 12th class with at least 50% marks in total, with Mathematics and Physics. Your school board should be recognized by the Government of India’s Ministry of Education.
- MR educational qualification: To be eligible, candidates must have passed the 10th grade exam with at least 50% marks overall. The school board must be recognized by the Government of India’s Ministry of Education.
Age Limit: For both SSR and MR Candidates must be born between November 1, 2003, and April 30, 2007Top of Form
Physical Standards: For both SSR and MR physical standards are same, minimum height for both male and female candidates is 157 cm.
Passing the Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is necessary for selection.
